MIXOLOGY CLASS RECIPES

Aggie Tsunami

1 Kiwi

2 Slices of Raw Ginger

.75oz Lemon Juice

.75oz Simple Syrup

Splash of Soda

Rim your old fashioned glass with lime and tajin salt ans set aside. Measure and add liquids to a shaking tin and shake with ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice and garnish with a dried lime wheel.

Strawberry Fields

2-3 Strawberries

.5 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Cane Sugar Syrup

2-3 Basil Leaves

Splash of Soda

Muddle strawberry in mixing tin. Add liquids and basil then shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with dehydrated citrus.
