MIXOLOGY CLASS RECIPES
CSTAT SMASH
1.5 oz Socorro Tequila
1 oz Fresh Pineapple
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Cane Sugar Syrup
Rim your old fashioned glass with lime and tajin salt ans set aside. Measure and add liquids to a shaking tin and shake with ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice and garnish with a dried lime wheel.
IZAKAYA STREET
1.5 oz Tito’s Vodka
Half a fresh kiwi
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Cane Sugar Syrup
2 Slices of raw ginger
Muddle kiwi and raw ginger in mixing tin. Add liquids and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a nori or pickled ginger.
